Ann Dederer, MA

Ann is an experienced and insightful consultant with proven results supporting corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations to develop informed strategy, effective business processes, and the talent needed to excel. She has over 25 years of experience in strategy formulation and implementation, leadership and team development, operational management, and coaching for performance. Using her systems perspective, solutions orientation, and collaborative approach, Ann enjoys bringing diverse people and perspectives together to assess organizational needs, identify problems, and implement tangible solutions. She is founder of Innovative Solutions, LLC a management consulting firm. Selected accomplishments include design and delivery of a global leadership development program, development of a risk management systems that supported multi-agency action, increased leadership and cross-functional effectiveness, and implementation of organizational strategy through measurable action and increased engagement. Ann earned her Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and Master of Arts from The George Washington University.
